✅ Return Conditions

All returns must be:

  • Initiated by the customer within 7 days of delivery
  • In unused condition, with original packaging and tags intact
  • Supported by an unboxing video

🚚 Return Process & Customer Responsibility

  1. The customer must initiate the return by contacting us at hello@rangkriti.com or via WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the product.
  2. Rangkriti does not provide return pickups.
  3. If the customer requests a pickup, it may be arranged on special request and will involve additional charges, which must be agreed upon and paid in advance.
  4. The entire return process and cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.
  5. No return shipping costs will be reimbursed by Rangkriti.
  6. A refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  7. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
  • Custom-made and discounted items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Replacements or exchanges are subject to stock availability. If unavailable, the customer may opt for a refund or choose another product of equal or lesser value.
